Last week we had the pleasure of spending time with our Clay Cooper’s Country Express season pass holders during a special appreciation lunch at Pizza Ranch. It was a wonderful opportunity to visit with the people who support our shows throughout the season and hear what they enjoy most. With the entire Cooper family there to join in the fun, the get-together felt especially personal and meaningful.

Our season pass holders had plenty of questions and shared thoughtful comments about their favorite moments in the show. Many mentioned how much they love the gospel section, especially David Griffin’s powerful performance of “Story I Tell,” accompanied by a beautiful interpretive dance. Clay shared the story of how he invited his pastor, Ted Cunningham, to preview the performance before it was added to the show. It was important to Clay and Tina that the number was presented with the reverence and respect it deserved. Several guests also talked about how much they enjoy the 2026 expanded patriotic portion of the show and how especially meaningful it is as our nation celebrates America’s 250th birthday. Clay and Tina entertained everyone with stories, giving our guests a fun look behind the scenes and creating plenty of laughter.

We are incredibly thankful for our season pass holders and their continued support. Getting to know them personally and hearing how much the show means to them makes what we do mean even more. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable afternoon!
